Who has Got The £5m?

Quickly browsing through The Times newspaper this morning, I couldn't believe what I saw.

There it was ...... Exeter City had invested a staggering £5m in the Icelandic banking system, and of course, as things stand, look to have lost all of it.

Where have the Trust suddenly got £5m from? Why haven't they told us about this investment? Why was it not shown in the recently released balance sheet?

Then I realised that the investment wasn't anything to do with Exeter City FC, but it was Exeter City Council money instead.
